You agree to use Love-able only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or interfere with their use of the app. You are solely responsible for the content and information you post on our app, and you agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate.
Love-able and all of its content, including but not limited to text, photos, videos, and graphics, are the property of Love-able and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use or copy any of our content without our express written consent.
We may, in our sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of Love-able, or your use of all or a portion of Love-able, with or without notice and with or without cause.
Love-able is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Love-able or the information, content, materials, or products included on the app.
Under no circumstances will Love-able be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or to comply with legal requirements. If we make any material changes to these terms and conditions, we will notify you by posting a notice on our app or by sending you an email.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Love-able is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
